“I can’t believe based off my experience that this place had good reviews. The smell of pee was horrendous in the room, the bed was awful and the train was loud all night. I got no sleep. The outside appears fairly clean in a small little town but as soon as I opened the door I about gagged. Since I booked through third party I knew I couldn’t get a refund. I Would NOT recommend staying here.”

“My husband and I stayed at Icicle Village Resort for 4 nights mid week and were very impressed with our stay. The hotel and the grounds were beautiful and very clean. Loved the option of two pools and hot tubs. . The mini golf was fun, but does cost $10 per person to play. They also have a games room, a small area for disc golf with available discs, a pickelball/basketball court, and lots of benches and tables around the property to chill and relax. “Hotel is clean and updated, staff is friendly and helpful. Location is great, close to downtown Leavenworth, there is a safeway supermarket within walking distance. Free breakfast had a lot of variety and was well maintained. The gym is nice- has a peleton bike, free weights, tv, treadmill, eliptical, and a cable station. There is an indoor pool but we did not use it. Great stay, would return.”

“The view was fantastic!!! Overlooking the river with privacy from neighbor rooms. Watched so many eagles soaring overhead! Breakfast was simple but nice in a clean, cozy, and Bavarian style nook again overlooking the river view. Staff was extremely helpful in suggesting the perfect place at Enchanted Park for us to park for free, and stroll to the river. We recommend Alpine Inn and will definitely stay there again :) Our only real problem was the balcony patio door was so hard to close and felt...

“Absolutely everything about our stay was wonderful. First, the front desk staff when responsive and made us feel very welcome! (We were also the guest of the week & gave us snacks for our room!) Second, our room was constantly cleaned and had everything we needed. Next, I appreciated the adult only times after 9pm in the pool and hot tub! The gym was also very well stocked, except we couldn't get the tvs to work. Lastly, the food accommodations and clean up/stocking staff was excellent! ...

“Staff Megan and Kristina at the desk were very welcoming. Its an older building but very nice and the rooms were very clean and maintained. We did have an issue with the AC and immediately we were moved to an upgraded room. They were very professional and extremely apologetic leaving an apology treat for the inconvenience.
